David is a Manager and Solicitor in Fragomen’s London office, where he advises multinational clients on all aspects of Tier 2 sponsorship and other Points Based System (PBS) matters under the Tier 1 and Tier 5 visa categories. He has experience assisting private clients on various entry routes including UK Ancestry, family applications under Appendix FM and applications under the Immigration (EEA) Regulations. David also has experience in public law and dealing with asylum claims. He has previously represented refugees, victims of trafficking, victims of torture and unaccompanied children.
