Deborah is an Immigration Program Director in Fragomen’s London office. She assists multinational companies across a wide variety of industries with creating and maintaining coordinated, comprehensive immigration programs. She also assists clients with creating planned strategies for proactive compliance.

Prior to relocating to London, Deborah worked as a Global Client Services Manager in our New York and New Jersey offices and was part of our local staff in Brazil where she managed the Rio de Janeiro office for one year. Deborah has an LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School and is an attorney admitted to practice law in New York and Minas Gerais (Brazil).

Deborah has provided pro bono services with a number of organizations, including Sanctuary for Families, Day One and the Iraqi Refugee Assistance Project (IRAP).

Deborah speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish.
