Eddie is an Associate at Fragomen’s Silicon Valley office, where he assists clients with employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant matters.
Eddie partners closely with clients to understand their immigration goals and wider business objectives, perform U.S. and global immigration assessments and establish global immigration programs by forecasting and advising on U.S. immigration trends. He has experience advising clients on strategies for nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, including H-1B, O-1, EB-1A, PERM and Adjustment of Status, as well as family-based petitions, waivers of inadmissibility, and global work permits and business visitor visas in the EMEA, APAC, and AMER regions. Eddie has counseled clients in a variety of sectors, ranging from small startups to large technology, financial and biomedical companies.
Eddie speaks English and Spanish.
