Edward is an Associate with Fragomen’s Government Strategies and Compliance Group based in Washington, DC, where he represents and advises corporations in complex immigration litigation and enforcement defense matters.

Edward litigates, advocates and investigates a wide variety of immigration-related issues on behalf of the firm’s clients. He works with companies on their high-risk immigration related issues, touching both civil and criminal charges. Edward has experience with grand jury investigations, subpoena productions, visa-fraud charges and settlement negotiations. He regularly represents clients in immigration-related employment discrimination cases before the Department of Justice and Labor Condition Application investigations before the Department of Labor.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Edward worked within the Office of the Solicitor General as a federal contractor. He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Brenda K. Sannes, Chief Judge, in the Northern District of New York. During law school, Edward was an Executive Editor for the Syracuse Law Review.
