Elisa is a Senior Manager at Fragomen’s Toronto office. She assists corporate clients in the engineering, oil and gas, information technology and professional services industries with their immigration needs under the International Mobility and Temporary Foreign Worker Programs.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Elisa worked at a boutique immigration firm, where she advised corporate and private clients in relation to business immigration matters, with a focus on NAFTA, intracompany transfers, Labour Market Impact Assessments and Global Talent Stream applications.
Before becoming a lawyer, Elisa worked as a social worker focused on community development. She also provided public legal information and assistance to detained immigrants in Washington, DC, and volunteered at a number of legal clinics, where she provided immigration assistance and public legal information to low-income applicants.
