Emad is a Senior Manager and Lawyer at Fragomen (Canada) Co. in Toronto, where he advises multinational corporations, high-growth companies and emerging businesses on Canadian corporate immigration and global mobility matters. He partners with clients to deliver compliant, business-focused immigration solutions that support cross-border workforce planning and evolving talent needs.

Emad has extensive experience advising companies at all stages of growth, from scaling startups to Fortune 500 enterprises, on work permit and permanent residence strategies, regulatory compliance, employer audits and inspections, and immigration risk management. He also works closely with clients to develop and refine internal immigration policies, program governance frameworks and mobility processes, helping organizations achieve consistency, efficiency and compliance across their Canadian and global operations.

His practice supports clients across a broad range of industries, including technology, manufacturing, engineering, oil and gas, financial services, information technology, communications, marketing, retail, automotive and professional services.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Emad operated his own Canadian immigration and citizenship law practice. He completed his articles with a national firm in Toronto, where he practiced exclusively in immigration law.
