Emily is an Associate at Fragomen’s Boston office, where she advises corporate clients on employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant matters. She has experience counseling clients in various industries, including higher education, pharmaceutical and technology.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Emily worked at boutique immigration firms, where she gained extensive experience with employment-based immigration, specifically new office Ls, H-1B, EB-1, O-1 and Natural Interest Waivers. She also worked as an Assistant Paralegal with Fragomen, where she gained experience drafting legal briefs, including Requests for Evidence and Notices of Intent to Deny.
Emily has provided pro bono services for the Massachusetts Immigrant and Refugee Advocacy (MIRA) Coalition.
