Emily is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Dallas office with more than 20 years of legal experience, including more than 10 years of immigration experience. She leads the writing group on her team, overseeing responses to Requests for Evidence and Notices of Intent to Deny, as well as complex writing projects such as O-1s and EB-1 cases of all types. Emily offers a unique combination of experience in both corporate immigration and business operations, having managed Fortune 500 accounts for major immigration firms as well as successfully ran her own business. Clients and colleagues respect her intelligent, dependable and thoughtful approach to business relationships.
Through her breadth of experience, Emily provides clients with compliant and pragmatic guidance on global business matters. Her clientele has included multinational corporations in the technology, oil and gas, engineering, construction and finance industries, as well as professional athletes and individual foreign investors and entrepreneurs.
In addition to her corporate immigration experience, Emily has more than four years of experience in family immigration and deportation defense. She also has more than eight years of experience in litigation, particularly for employment and contract cases.
