Erica is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s New York office with more than 15 years of immigration experience. She counsels employers and their employees on all facets of U.S. immigration law and partners with clients to manage their immigration programs.
She has extensive experience partnering with clients to secure employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visas for professionals in various industries, including the technology, biotechnology, financial services, retail, media, scientific, educational and computer sectors.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Erica was a Senior Associate in the Immigration and Nationality Group of another Am Law 100 firm, where she advised clients on immigration and employment government regulations, compliance and consular processing. She also worked with the Department of Defense ensuring compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) regulations.
Erica speaks English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.
