Felipe is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where he represents clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), U.S. Department of State (DOS) and U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) in connection with immigration applications and petitions for employers and individuals.
He has extensive experience with employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, as well as naturalization and family-based immigration. Felipe has assisted multinational corporate clients in the information technology, pharmaceutical and consumer products industries with various immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visas and permanent residence.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Felipe served as an Associate Attorney at a New York-based immigration law firm, where he provided immigration services related to removal defense and family-based immigration.
While in law school, Felipe participated in the Bread & Life Immigration Clinic as a student attorney, where he assisted with immigration matters in partnership with Catholic Migration Services.
Felipe speaks English and Spanish.
