Ferzana is a Senior Associate and solicitor based in Fragomen’s London office, where she works with the firm’s UK-inbound practice. In this role, Ferzana assists corporate clients and individuals with a broad spectrum of immigration matters, including Tiers 1, 2 and 5 of the Points Based System (PBS).

Prior to joining Fragomen, Ferzana worked in a niche immigration firm, where she advised clients in relation to business and private client immigration matters under the Points Based System and in regard to nationality law, EU free movement law and human rights law. Ferzana has also represented clients at both the First-Tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal and has extensive litigation experience.

Ferzana speaks English, Punjabi and Urdu.
