Francesca is an Immigration Manager at Fragomen’s Brussels office, where she provides strategic oversight on Netherlands inbound corporate immigration. She leads complex, large-scale projects for major global clients, including offshore assignments and mergers & acquisitions, ensuring seamless delivery and regulatory compliance.
Francesca champions process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives that drive measurable value for clients, while upholding Fragomen’s standard of excellence. In addition to her client-focused leadership, she co-leads Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives across the Benelux region.
Francesca is fluent in English, French and Italian.
