Gabriela is an Associate at Fragomen’s Miami office, where she advises small and medium sized corporate multinational clients and individuals on immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters. She has experience with individual L-1 petitions, Blanket L petitions (with USCIS and U.S. Consular Posts), L-1A, L-1B, H-1B, TN, E-2, E-3, EB-1(A), EB-1(B), EB-1(C), EB-2 National Interest Waivers, O-1A and O-1B visas.
Gabriela initially joined Fragomen as an Assistant Paralegal, later serving as a law clerk, and rejoined the firm as an Associate in 2022. Prior to rejoining the firm, she focused on business and family-based immigration at a national law firm. During law school, Gabriela was an Executive Board Member as well as a Features Editor of the Children’s Legal Rights Journal.
Gabriela has provided pro bono assistance with Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), Temporary Protected Status, H-1Bs and Humanitarian Parole for Ukrainians and Venezuelans.
Gabriela speaks English and Spanish.
