Gabrielle is an Associate at Fragomen’s Boston office, where she advises corporate clients on a variety of immigration matters.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Gabrielle was an attorney advisor with the Attorney General’s Honors Program at the U.S. Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review. In this role, she drafted asylum, withholding of removal, U.N. Convention Against Torture and cancellation of removal decisions for immigration judges in the Boston Immigration Court. Gabrielle also has experience as a senior immigration paralegal where she prepared a range of immigrant and non-immigrant petitions including H-1B, O-1, TN, P-1, E-3, L-1, R-1, PERM and I-140/I-485. She also prepared family-based petitions including I-130/I-485, I-751, K-1 and naturalization applications.
While in law school, Gabrielle externed at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France, where she focused her legal research on the cultural and religious rights of national minorities in Europe. She also served as the president of the Immigration Law Association at Suffolk University Law School.
Gabrielle’s pro bono experience includes working at Suffolk University Law School’s Health Law Clinic, where she provided pro bono representation to clients with disabilities in guardianship and supported decision-making matters, and providing Adjustment of Status and DACA travel permission before USCIS.
