Golnoosh is an Associate at Fragomen’s Silicon Valley office with more than six years of immigration experience. In her role, she counsels clients on a variety of nonimmigrant and immigrant matters, including O-1 and EB-1 petitions. Golnoosh has worked with a range of clients, from smaller startups to established companies in a variety of industries, including technology, healthcare and entertainment.
Prior to her current role, Golnoosh was an Assistant Paralegal and a Law Clerk at Fragomen’s Silicon Valley office. She has experience preparing and processing a variety of nonimmigrant and immigrant matters, including H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, PERM, I-140, and Adjustment of Status applications. During law school, Golnoosh was a Managing Editor of the University of Iowa’s Journal of Corporation Law.
