Gregory is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s San Francisco office, where he drives innovative and cost-effective solutions to support clients' global mobility needs. His practice focuses on corporate immigration program management and providing strategic counsel to Fortune 500 companies in the technology, consumer products, insurance and financial services sectors, along with entertainment and professional sports.
Gregory coordinates clients’ HR and global mobility teams, corporate counsel and business stakeholders to develop immigration program management strategies. He also assesses U.S. and global immigration policy changes and advises on program impacts and necessary adjustments to manage risk and ensure compliance with immigration laws.
In addition to advising major global employers, Gregory leverages experience as corporate counsel for startups and emerging businesses to guide investors, founders and international businesses expanding into the U.S. market. Further, he works with family offices and advisors to counsel high net worth Private Clients on complex U.S. immigration matters and investment-based green card options.
