Gregory is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s San Francisco office, where he provides innovative solutions to meet clients’ business immigration needs. Gregory has a background in commercial litigation and corporate counsel. He draws on his diverse skill set and deep knowledge base to advise clients on a variety of immigration matters.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Gregory formed two full-service immigration and corporate law firms, where he provided immigration services to businesses, artists and families in addition to corporate counsel to entrepreneurs, established and emerging businesses and nonprofit organizations. Gregory leverages his corporate experience drafting governing documents and forming businesses to provide immigration counsel to clients who are seeking to launch new U.S.-based ventures or expansions, purchase existing businesses or invest in U.S. companies.
