With more than 25 years in the legal profession and 20 years as an immigration and corporate attorney, Gustavo is a trusted advisor to businesses and individuals navigating complex immigration challenges.

He represents a diverse portfolio of corporate clients across industries such as finance, insurance, media, oil and gas, energy, healthcare, aviation and consumer products, as well as multinational conglomerates. In addition, Gustavo provides strategic counsel to entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals, helping them align their investment goals with inbound and outbound immigration strategies. He also has experience providing strategic guidance on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, compliance, commercial agreements, labor and employment, and insurance and reinsurance.

Gustavo leads Fragomen Brazil’s Customer Relationship team, ensuring every client’s journey is seamless from onboarding to final service delivery. By prioritizing quality and satisfaction, he ensures that clients benefit from tailored, high-impact solutions that meet their business and personal objectives, both in Brazil and across Fragomen’s global network.
