Gustavo is a Director at Fragomen’s Brazil office with more than 25 years in the legal field, including 18 years as an immigration and corporate attorney. He represents corporate clients of all sizes across a variety of industries, including finance, insurance, news and media, oil and gas, energy, healthcare, aviation and consumer products, as well as multinational conglomerates. Gustavo manages business immigration processes and programs for local and foreign entities and assists entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals seeking investments involving inbound and outbound immigration strategy.

Gustavo leads Brazil’s Customer Relationship team, which oversees the client lifecycle, from onboarding to final service delivery by Fragomen teams in Brazil and abroad, ensuring quality of work and client satisfaction.

Prior to his current role, Gustavo was a Senior Client Services Manager at Fragomen. Before joining the firm, Gustavo was a Senior Associate Attorney at one of the largest Brazilian law firms, where he led a team of immigration professionals and assisted thousands of international assignees and their families with their immigration processes in Brazil. He also assisted clients in corporate aspects in several areas, including mergers and acquisitions, compliance, commercial agreements and negotiations, insurance and reinsurance, and labor and employment.
