Hedvika is a Senior Client Services Manager for the Asia Pacific region, based in Fragomen’s Perth office.

An immigration professional with nearly 20 years of experience in the government and private sectors, Hedvika uses her leadership experience in relationship management and service delivery to strategically support clients and ensure the highest quality client experience.

Hedvika plays a key role in establishing tailored processes and protocols for large multinational organizations, and ensuring consistency in client service across the Asia Pacific region. She also monitors adherence to service level agreements and provides client training and reporting. In addition, Hedvika is responsible for implementing communication initiatives and training programs for Fragomen immigration professionals in the region to ensure best-in-class service delivery.

Prior to her current position, Hedvika served as a Senior Manager at Fragomen’s Singapore office, where she provided high-level and strategic advice on Singapore corporate immigration matters and process compliance. Her clients included multinational corporations in the banking and finance, telecommunications, information technology and professional services sectors. In this role, Hedvika led a team of consultants in ensuring that immigration applications and clients’ queries were addressed in a timely manner. Hedvika also served as a primary point-of-contact for clients to inform them of changes in regulations that might impact their immigration program, and to help them develop appropriate solutions.

Before joining Fragomen, Hedvika lived in China and Russia, where she worked for the local Australian visa offices.

Hedvika is a qualified Australian legal practitioner.

Hedvika speaks Czech, English and Russian.
