Hedvika is the Practice Leader of Fragomen's Perth office and Senior Immigration Program Manager for the Asia Pacific region.

As an immigration professional with more than 20 years of experience in the government and private sectors in Australia and internationally, Hedvika leverages her leadership experience in relationship management and service delivery to strategically support clients, provide expert advice and ensure the highest quality of service.

In her Immigration Program leadership role, Hedvika combines her legal and strategic expertise to lead teams across Asia Pacific and work with the firm’s global clients to achieve practical and immigration compliant outcomes underpinned by a seamless client experience, tailored to each client’s specific needs. In this role, Hedvika works with clients from a range of sectors, including Oil & Gas, Finance and Technology.

In Perth and Western Australia more broadly, Hedvika has developed strong partnerships with local clients, advising them in navigating the complex changes in the Australian immigration framework, with a focus on the needs of regional Australia. She is solutions driven and has delivered strong outcomes to enable clients to fill their critical work shortages. Hedvika also has experience advising on complex immigration matters including health and character issues, as well as Global Talent. She has been recognized as one of the leading immigration lawyers in Western Australia by Doyle’s Guide.

Prior to her current position, Hedvika served as a Senior Manager at Fragomen’s Singapore office, where she provided advice on Singapore corporate immigration matters.

Before joining Fragomen, Hedvika lived in China and Russia, where she worked for the local Australian visa offices. She has a background in student visa policy and health operations.

Hedvika is a qualified Australian legal practitioner.

Hedvika speaks Czech, English and Russian.

Has a strong record of achievement in relation to Australian Global Talent visas including within limited timeframe.

Assisted clients to achieve successful outcomes in complex matters, including advising on sponsorship matters, resumption of residence applications, health waivers, character issues, as well as in appeals to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

Partnered with corporate clients on major projects such as mergers and acquisitions, to ensure a compliant and time-effective transfer of affected workforce.

Successfully led the transition of one of Fragomen Singapore's biggest client engagements in 2015-2016, with a focus on strategic partnership and excellence in service delivery.

Facilitated client presentations on compliance for short-term assignments, extended and business travelers, and provided tailored advice for complex moves.

Trained immigration stakeholders of multinational and regional companies on the implementation of Singapore’s Fair Consideration Framework (FCF).
