Henna is a Senior Associate in the San Diego office, bringing more than a decade of experience advising on U.S. immigration compliance and employment‑based immigration law. Her practice spans the lifecycle of employment-based matters, with particular depth in PERM labor certification and immigrant visa petition strategy. She has substantial experience handling high-volume PERM cases, employment-based immigrant petitions under the EB-2 and EB-3 categories, and corresponding Adjustment of Status applications. Her background also includes experience with EB‑1 petitions, EB‑2 Schedule A and National Interest Waiver matters, as well as complex nonimmigrant visa petitions in the H, O and L categories.
Throughout her career, Henna has advised multinational corporate clients and individuals in fast-paced, high-volume environments, as well as on complex, highly technical matters requiring nuanced legal analysis. Her experience across multiple U.S. markets and an international business immigration practice has given her a well-rounded perspective on best practices, process efficiency and risk mitigation in employment-based immigration.
In addition to her private practice experience, Henna offers valuable insight into government adjudications through her prior service as an Asylum Officer with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. In this role, she developed a strong understanding of internal agency operations, adjudicatory standards and effective petition presentation.
