Hou-Chieh (Jessie) is an Associate at Fragomen’s San Francisco office, where she primarily partners with technology clients on matters related to employment-based U.S. immigrant petitions.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Jessie was an Associate at a national, mid-size business immigration law firm in Los Angeles, California, where she provided counsel on a variety of business immigrant and non-immigrant matters, including E-2, O-1, EB-1 Extraordinary Ability and Outstanding Researcher petitions, and EB-2 National Interest Waiver petitions. She also worked as a Staff Attorney at another Am Law 100 firm, where she partnered with corporate clients ranging from global Fortune 500 companies to boutique clients in various industries to strategize and manage their workforce mobility.
Jessie speaks English, Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese.
