Hugues is an Associate at Fragomen’s Los Angeles office, where he primarily focuses his practice on I-140 petitions and Adjustment of Status applications for a large corporate client. Hugues also worked in the Toronto office of Fragomen where he partnered with clients on a variety of U.S. immigration matters. He primarily assisted corporate clients with consular applications, guiding them through all relevant steps within the consular process.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Hugues practiced business immigration law at top tier law firms in Canada and the U.S., focusing on immigrant and nonimmigrant filings. He also has experience in technology and privacy law in France and the U.S.
Hugues speaks English and French.
