Jack is a lawyer and Senior Director with more than 13 years of immigration and mobility experience, including 5 years with Nomadic, Fragomen’s short-term immigration compliance solution. He develops and executes globally efficient and compliant immigration programs and supports clients through digital rollouts and transformations. At Nomadic, he helped launch an innovative and award-winning solution for business traveler compliance, gaining significant experience guiding global companies through the risks associated with short-term travelers. He has also been involved in several of the firm’s technological developments and continues to collaborate with the firm’s technology leaders on the future of the industry.
Like many at Fragomen, Jack has firsthand experience with international relocations. He started his immigration career in Fragomen’s London office and has worked at the firm’s Matawan and New York offices as a Client Services Manager, Project Manager and Case Worker.
Jack has researched and drafted various immigration applications, including VAWA petitions, Political Asylum, Motions to Reopen and Cancellations of Removal, on a pro bono basis as a Law Clerk at the Migration Resource Center in New York.

Developed and implemented Nomadic’s operating platform, delivering short-term immigration compliance solutions to the traveling population of multinational organizations. Held senior leadership positions across Nomadic, including responsibility for growing Nomadic to a worldwide solution through geographic expansions.
Designed and implemented multijurisdictional immigration program management policies for major multinational companies.
Reviewed internal immigration policies for clients and recommended courses of action for process improvement.
