Jack is a Senior Director and lawyer with more than 14 years of experience advising large, complex organizations on global immigration and mobility strategy. His recent work focuses on designing and implementing multi-jurisdiction immigration programs for multinational clients, with an emphasis on scalability, risk management and operational efficiency. He regularly partners with in-house legal, HR and mobility teams to solve internal inefficiencies, streamline service delivery models and support global workforce planning initiatives.

In 2025, Jack completed a six-month secondment in Fragomen’s Singapore office, where he supported regional APAC expansion efforts and assisted clients navigating cross-border workforce challenges in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment. During this assignment, he worked closely with regional leadership and client teams to enhance service coordination across jurisdictions and support growth in key Asia-Pacific markets.

Jack has also played an active role in the firm’s digital and process transformation initiatives, supporting global rollouts and collaborating with technology and innovation leaders on the future of immigration service delivery.

Earlier in his career, Jack spent five years with Nomadic, Fragomen’s short-term immigration compliance solution, where he helped launch an innovative, award-winning platform for business traveler compliance. In this role, he gained deep experience advising global companies on managing immigration risk associated with short-term travel and non-traditional work arrangements.

Jack began his career with Fragomen in the London office and has also worked in the firm’s Matawan and New York offices, holding roles including Client Services Manager, Project Manager and Case Worker. He has additional pro bono experience from his time as a Law Clerk at the Migration Resource Center in New York, where he researched and drafted a range of immigration applications, including VAWA petitions, political asylum claims, motions to reopen and cancellations of removal.
