Jason is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where he represents clients in the technology sector on a variety of immigrant and nonimmigrant matters. He regularly works on National Interest Waivers (NIWs) and various other visa categories including O-1 and EB-1 petitions.
Jason is also experienced in managing complex immigration cases, including Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs).
Jason speaks English and Spanish.
