Jeffrey represents more than 200 companies, individuals and organizations, including some of Fragomen’s largest clients. Together, they represent a broad scope of industries, including real estate, hospitality services, retail, entertainment, finance and technology.

With experience spanning two decades in immigration law, he has successfully addressed some of the most challenging issues across the mobility law landscape. He draws on his extensive knowledge to develop and execute innovative solutions in partnership with clients:

  • Corporate clients rely on Jeffrey for strategic and programmatic immigration counsel and global mobility assistance, as well as management of sophisticated immigration policies and programs for immigration programs of various sizes.
  • He provides guidance and support to a diverse clientele with a wide variety of needs, from artists and entertainers to family-based cases, and provides immigration support to individual investors, startups and large multinational Fortune 500 companies. Consequently, he draws from a unique, broad range of experience and a vast repertoire of best practices to deliver novel, bespoke and highly effective solutions in an efficient manner.
  • Jeffrey also serves as the firm’s key liaison with local government offices, including USCIS Field Offices and Support Centers and CBP Port of Entry and Deferred Inspection. Clients rely on his relationships with these offices to achieve their goals.

Jeffrey’s care for the individual at the heart of each immigration journey unites his diverse clientele. He is motivated by the role he plays in making a positive impact in the lives of individuals and their families, and particularly enjoys partnering with companies to make his teams a seamless extension of their organizations.

With a passion for helping others, Jeffrey has served as the pro bono representative in Fragomen’s Los Angeles office.

Assisted numerous prominent professionals, including: scientists, researchers, artists/entertainers, journalists, directors, editors and models towards obtaining “Extraordinary Ability” and “Outstanding Researcher” classification based on demonstrated international expertise and prominence in their fields.

Represented numerous small and start-up companies, as well as large companies in securing E-1 and E-2 “treaty trader” and “treaty investor” visa status, in such varied fields as medical services, construction, higher education, mobile technology, marketing, film production, fashion/jewelry/clothing, gaming, retail, and corporate services.
