Jenna is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Irvine office. She provides counsel in all aspects of corporate immigration to technology companies, biomedical device companies, entertainment production companies and multinational media conglomerates, among others.

Through her tenure with the firm, Jenna has successfully represented numerous employers, multinational corporations, entrepreneurs and skilled professionals in navigating the complex landscape of U.S. immigration law. From visa petitions to permanent residency applications, she is committed to providing strategic counsel tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering dedication to client advocacy, Jenny has developed a reputation for delivering results in even the most challenging cases. She understands the importance of staying abreast of the latest developments in immigration policy and regularly engages in professional development activities to ensure that her clients receive the most up-to-date guidance.

Jenna is fluent in navigating the full gamut of employment-based visa categories, including, but not limited to, H-1B visas for specialty occupation workers, L-1 visas for intracompany transferees, O visas for individuals with extraordinary ability, TNs, PERMS, and EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visas for permanent residency seekers. Her comprehensive understanding of the intricate nuances of immigration law enables her to craft innovative strategies to overcome obstacles and achieve favorable outcomes for her clients.

Jenna initially joined Fragomen as a Law Clerk in 2014 on the firm’s writing team. In this role, she assisted clients with a variety of matters including national interest waivers, outstanding researcher and extraordinary ability petitions.
