Jenna is an Associate at Fragomen’s Irvine office. She provides counsel in all aspects of corporate immigration to tech start-ups, entertainment production companies and multinational media conglomerates, among others. Her current practice focuses primarily on leading a writing team in preparing various nonimmigrant and immigrant applications for clients across a wide range of industries, including engineering, technology, manufacturing, entertainment, athletics and the arts.

Jenna initially joined Fragomen as a Law Clerk in 2014. In this role, she assisted clients with a variety of matters including national interest waivers, outstanding researcher and extraordinary ability petitions, H and L petitions, and permanent residence applications.

During law school, Jenna worked as an Executive Research Editor for Law Review, where she managed the articles selection process and was responsible for composing and overseeing the annual writing competition.
