Jennifer is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Silicon Valley office, where she counsels clients on all types of immigrant and nonimmigrant matters and oversees the Silicon Valley Writing Team. She has extensive experience with EB-1A/B/Cs, H-1Bs, TNs, E-2s, O-1s, J-1s and L-1s (including Blanket L-1s and managing Blanket L programs), as well as responding to Requests for Evidence across all petition types and industries. Jennifer partners with clients to understand their immigration objectives, provide assessments, and support the employee experience.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Jennifer practiced at boutique employment-based immigration firms large and small in Chicago and proudly practiced with her father for more than a decade.
Jennifer has provided pro bono assistance through the AILA Military Assistance Program (MAP), working to assist active duty service members and their families with complex immigration legal questions.
