Jenny is a Manager in Fragomen’s UK Inbound Case Team, where she brings more than 15 years of extensive corporate, private client and student immigration experience. Throughout her career, she has established a strong reputation for delivering tailored immigration solutions and navigating complex matters with clarity, strategic insight and precision.
Jenny manages a team of ten professionals, guiding them in delivering exceptional client service with a focus on responsiveness, compliance and quality. She is particularly committed to supporting small- and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients, helping them meet their workforce mobility needs in a rapidly evolving immigration landscape.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Jenny is deeply passionate about pro bono work. She finds deep personal fulfilment in helping individuals in need, particularly those affected by domestic violence and vulnerable due to difficult life circumstances. Her dedication to this cause underscores her strong sense of purpose, social responsibility and advocacy for access to justice and support for the underserved.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese, Jenny is also currently learning Italian, an extension of her commitment to lifelong learning.
