Joanna is a Senior Associate in Fragomen’s New York office. She has more than a dozen years of experience handling various employment-based temporary and permanent visa petitions, family-based matters and immigration compliance matters. She is keenly interested in process improvement, developing written procedures and creating processes to standardize, streamline and improve the workflows of law firms, and she was instrumental in developing an employee manual and training program at a previous firm. During law school, Joanna served on the Executive Boards of both the Michigan Immigration and Labor Law Association and the Racial Justice Coalition.
Joanna’s pro bono experience includes analyzing information and documents about important civil rights cases across the United States for the Civil Rights Litigation Clearinghouse.
Joanna speaks English and Polish.
