Josh is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where he assists multinational corporations with a range of immigration matters, including employment-based visas, immigrant petitions, PERM labor certification and adjustment of status to permanent residency. He provides tailored guidance to multinational managers, professionals with advanced degrees and skilled workers.
Josh first joined Fragomen as an Assistant Paralegal in 2016 and served as a Law Clerk at the firm during law school.
During law school, Josh also participated in the Asylum Law Project, where he provided legal services for low-income immigrants at Legal Assistance Foundation (now Legal Aid Chicago). He also served as President of the International Law Society and Vice President of Professional Student Government and interned in the legal department of two Fortune 1000 corporations.
