Experience

Worked extensively with multinational corporations, particularly in the financial services sector, to help them navigate the complexities of U.S. employment-based immigration processes, specifically H-1B, L-1, TN and E-3 visas. Ensured compliance with immigration laws and maximized the chances of approval for clients, even in the face of challenging Requests for Evidence (RFEs) from USCIS.

Managed the PERM labor certification process and providing strategic advice to employers to ensure compliance with Department of Labor regulations. Katherine’s meticulous diligence helped clients successfully navigate the complex path to permanent residency, which secured green cards for their employees and streamlining the immigration process for long-term workforce planning.

Handled immigration matters for executives and high-level professionals seeking work in the U.S. Katherine provided tailored immigration solutions that address the specific needs of C-suite executives, such as L-1A intra-company transferee visas and other specialized immigrant visa categories. She ensured that these high-profile cases are managed efficiently, minimized delays and complications and maintained strict adherence to legal requirements and company policies.

Assisted clients with family-based immigration matters and helped families reunite through visa petitions, consular processing and adjustment of status applications. Katherine also guided clients through the naturalization process, ensuring that they meet all requirements for U.S. citizenship. Her client-centered approach allowed her to provide compassionate and comprehensive support for individuals navigating these often emotionally charged processes.

Provided strategic advice to clients on compliance matters, which ensured that they stay ahead of any changes in the law. Katherine worked closely with HR departments and legal teams to develop internal immigration protocols and ensured companies follow regulatory requirements. Her ongoing commitment to staying current with immigration trends makes her a trusted advisor.
