A dedicated Fragomen Partner, Kenny is entrusted with overseeing the firm’s Asia Pacific Coordination Center (APCC) and is actively involved in managing various offices across the region.
In this capacity, Kenny supervises not only several of Fragomen’s Southeast Asia practices and countries but also extends his purview to other markets in the broader region, such as Japan and Korea, as well as countries in South Asia and the Pacific Islands. His deep involvement in engaging local immigration firms in countries where the firm partners with them ensures seamless transactional work when collaborating across borders.
At a higher level, Kenny assumes responsibility for understanding diverse immigration regimes within the region. This uniquely allows him and his team to have a comparative view of the region, allowing the team to have a deeper understanding of the various countries and to share such knowledge and insight across markets; for instance, from a government strategies perspective but also in providing strategic advice to clients for their business planning and expansion requirements.

Coordinated the immigration needs for the transition of employees as a result of both large and small mergers and acquisitions.
Assisted various clients with their project moves, coordinating a group of individuals into countries such as Thailand, the Philippines and Indonesia.
