Khayelihle (Khaye) is an Associate in Fragomen’s UK Inbound Team, based in the Sheffield office. He has more than seven years of corporate immigration experience, having previously served in the Johannesburg office of the firm.
Khaye has successfully assisted multinational corporations through the complexities of the UK immigration landscape. He provides strategic guidance on sponsorship license compliance and sponsored work visa routes, ensuring smooth migration of workers to the UK.
In his previous role, Khaye handled a variety of South African citizenship and immigration applications including the critical skills visa, ICT visa, Section 11(2) visitor visas for multinational companies within the energy, banking and tech sectors.
Khaye speaks English, Ndebele and Zulu.
