Kimberly is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where she advises clients, ranging from individuals to Fortune 50 companies, in the consumer goods, food manufacturing, electronic, technology and personal care industries throughout their immigrant, nonimmigrant and citizenship processes.
Kimberly has experience supporting high-volume employment-based immigration programs and previously represented Fortune 10 companies in all of their U.S. immigration needs, specifically in the immigrant visa process. Her employment-based experience includes a specialization in the immigrant-visa process, specifically PERM Labor Certifications. Prior to joining Fragomen, she also assisted clients with affirmative and defensive asylum, deportation defense, family-based petitions and waivers of inadmissibility for criminal convictions and fraud findings.
During law school, Kimberly clerked for an immigration firm, where she assisted with family-based immigrant petitions, waivers of inadmissibility, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status and asylum. She was the editor for her law school’s Estate Planning and Community Property Law Journal, Senator for the Student Bar Association and was inducted into the National Order of Barristers.
Kimberly frequently assists in Temporary Protected Status, refugee and citizenship clinics within her local immigration community on a pro bono basis.
Kimberly speaks Albanian, English and Spanish.
