Kinka is a Senior Manager and Solicitor based in our London office. She provides pragmatic, commercially focused advice to businesses navigating the UK immigration landscape, including support with employee transfers and new hires under the Skilled Worker and Senior or Specialist Worker routes. She works in close partnership with corporate clients to design and deliver effective immigration strategies, aligning legal solutions with business priorities and ensuring objectives are achieved efficiently.

Kinka’s client base spans across a range of industries, including technology, engineering, and financial services. Kinka focuses on building long-term partnerships, offering tailored, strategic guidance that supports workforce planning, operational delivery, and sustainable business growth.

Kinka also delivers practical and engaging training to international clients on all aspects of the Points Based System. Her training equips businesses with the knowledge and confidence to meet their compliance obligations while enabling forward-thinking recruitment and global mobility planning.
