Kiran is a Senior Associate and Solicitor based in Fragomen’s London office. She provides immigration advice and support to clients across a range of industries, including financial and investment, oil and gas and retail sectors. She advises on UK Immigration Rules, including applications under the Points Based System (PBS) with a particular focus on Tier 2 General and Intra-company Transfer visa applications. Kiran also assists clients with applications for citizenship and settlement in the UK.

Prior to joining the firm, Kiran worked with a leading regional firm as part of their corporate immigration team. During that time, she gained extensive experience practicing immigration law.

Kiran speaks English and Punjabi.
