Kristen is an Associate at Fragomen’s Silicon Valley office, where she advises technology clients on the immigrant visa process, specifically helping professionals, advanced-degree individuals and multinational managers and executives to obtain permanent residency. She also has experience assisting clients with the Green Card process, including complex petitions for extraordinary ability and outstanding researcher petitions.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Kristen was an Associate at a boutique immigration firm that specialized in the university and medical research sectors and at a law firm, where she represented financial institutions in litigation.
