Kristi is an Associate at Fragomen’s Phoenix office, where she assists clients with employment-based U.S. immigration, focusing specifically on PERM labor certifications.
Prior to her current role, Kristi worked at Fragomen as a law clerk, assisting in a variety of complex immigration matters including Requests for Evidence, Notices of Intent to Deny and PERM labor certifications. She also served as a student attorney for Villanova Law’s Asylum Clinic during law school and has experience in both immigration court and family-based immigration petitions.
Kristi speaks English and is proficient in French and Haitian Creole.
