Kristi is an Associate at Fragomen’s Phoenix office, where she assists clients with a broad range of employment-based U.S. immigration matters, focusing on supporting multinational companies and their employees with inbound transfers to the U.S., including nonimmigrant visa and permanent residence strategies. She also has experience with PERM labor certifications and I-140 immigrant petitions.
Kristi’s broader immigration experience includes asylum matters, immigration court cases and family-based immigration petitions. Prior to becoming an Associate, Kristi worked at Fragomen as a law clerk, assisting in a variety of complex immigration matters including Requests for Evidence, Notices of Intent to Deny and PERM labor certifications. She also served as a student attorney for Villanova Law’s Asylum Clinic during law school and has experience in both immigration court and family-based immigration petitions.
Kristi speaks English and is proficient in French and Haitian Creole.
