Kyle is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where he practices business immigration law. He manages a team that assists with visas, permanent residence (“green cards”) and naturalization (citizenship). He also plays a key role in the firm’s International Student Pathways Program.

Kyle partners with established and startup companies in critical infrastructure sectors to build best-in-class immigration programs. He also provides personalized immigration action plans to students, employees, organization founders and families. Kyle has experience with complex immigration issues, including O-1, E-1/E-2, EB-1 Extraordinary Ability, EB-2 National Interest Waivers (NIW), PERM, marriage-based green cards, naturalization, requests for evidence, audits, appeals, admissibility, compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Kyle handled corporate immigration matters for a global software development company and a global IT consulting firm. While in law school, he studied abroad with the Notre Dame Law School London Law Program, published an article as an editor of the Journal of Legislation and worked as a Public Interest Law Fellow with a boutique immigration firm.

Kyle was awarded Fragomen’s 2020 Pro Bono Award, Attorney of the Year. He counsels students and student advisors on immigration issues, including facilitating educational immigration sessions at Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) and participates in pro bono immigration clinics. Kyle has assisted detained women and children and won asylum for a transgender client in partnership with Immigration Equality. As a Board Member of the Notre Dame Law Association (NDLA), Kyle serves as Liaison to the LGBT Law Forum at Notre Dame Law School. Kyle is also active in the firm’s Mentorship Program and LGBTQ+ Inclusion Network.
