Lauren is a Manager based in Fragomen’s Sheffield office. Having joined Fragomen in 2016, she focuses on UK inbound corporate immigration, advising businesses on navigating complex immigration laws and ensuring their success in the UK market. Lauren leads a team of immigration professionals including Associates, Trainee Solicitors, Paralegals and Paralegal Apprentices, overseeing the efficient and high-quality delivery of immigration services.
While Lauren’s work predominantly focuses on the Points-Based System and corporate immigration, she also regularly assists families with family visa applications and provides advice on complex immigration matters. In addition, Lauren is committed to giving back through pro bono work, supporting individuals who require legal assistance with their immigration status.
Beyond her legal practice, Lauren is actively involved in Fragomen’s Environment and Sustainability Pillar, where she played an instrumental role in the implementation of the firm’s electric car scheme. Passionate about driving sustainability initiatives, Lauren recently participated in the Immigration Conversation podcast “How to Create a Green Team”, sharing insights on fostering environmental responsibility in the workplace.
