LeighTaylor is an Associate at Fragomen’s San Diego office, where she assists clients with employment-based immigration and focuses on H-1B petitions for corporate clients. She has extensive experience managing complex Requests for Evidence (RFEs), responding to Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs) and handling motions and appeals. In addition to her current focus on H-1B cases, LeighTaylor has a broad background in both immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters, including P-1s, O-1s, EB-1s, National Interest Waivers (NIWs) and L-1s. Her diverse experience allows her to provide comprehensive, strategic immigration solutions across a wide spectrum of immigration matters.
LeighTaylor has provided pro bono assistance with asylum applications for political refugees through her volunteer work with a variety of nonprofit organizations. In this capacity, she has supported individuals fleeing persecution, navigating the complexities of the asylum process while ensuring they receive the legal protections they deserve.
