Lorie is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where she represents multinational corporate clients in all aspects of U.S. immigration law. She focuses her practice primarily on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters for companies across the financial services, insurance, software, manufacturing, consulting and engineering industries.
Lorie was Co-founder and Secretary of the Brooklyn Law Immigration Society, the premier Brooklyn Law School student organization dedicated to connecting students with the field of immigration law. During law school, Lorie served as a Research Assistant for an asylum and refugee law and policy casebook. She also served as a judicial intern for the United States Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review, where she drafted decisions on behalf of immigration judges.
Lorie’s pro bono experience has included screening applicants at community immigration clinics and preparing applications for individuals seeking relief pursuant to Temporary Protected Status and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals.
