Lucy is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Melbourne office with more than 18 years of immigration experience. In her role, she supports a range of corporate clients across different industries, including engineering, mining, retail, IT, agriculture, banking and finance, healthcare and hospitality. She has advised clients navigating challenges such as regional migration skills shortages, business acquisitions/demergers and start-ups. Lucy is also experienced with private client matters such as skilled migration, family reunion, visitors and merits review.
Lucy is a leader in the firm’s Knowledge and Government Relations teams, providing strategic technical guidance to colleagues globally and championing adherence to best practice and the highest professional standards across all areas of work.
Lucy contributes to government consultations and policy submissions on behalf of Fragomen and its clients. She also provides Australian immigration insights to colleagues across the firm, supporting their work in advising foreign governments on immigration reform and pilot initiatives.
