Madiha is an Associate Solicitor at Fragomen’s London office, where she works in the Compliance and Audit team.
Madiha advises UK clients on sponsorship under the Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility routes, focusing on immigration compliance issues. She assists with sponsor license applications, ensuring businesses meet compliance requirements, and provides guidance on the immigration aspects of mergers, acquisitions and restructures. Madiha has extensive experience in preparing and filing sponsor license applications, attending audits and representing clients facing UKVI compliance actions, including prevention of illegal working.
Madiha provides strategic immigration advice and support to companies of all sizes, ranging from SMEs to national and multinational businesses, tailoring guidance to each client’s needs.
In her previous roles, Madiha specialized in private immigration, handling various routes such as spouse, visit, family visas, EU applications, human rights and asylum cases and appellate matters at the First Tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal including Judicial Reviews.
Madiha fluently speaks English, Punjabi and Urdu.
