Martine focuses on corporate immigration law and represents a variety of industries, including companies in global financial services, technology, consumer goods, professional services and pharmaceuticals, as well as a wide variety of start-up entities.

She has significant experience assisting businesses manage U.S. and global immigration programs. Martine works with companies to decrease the burden on human resources personnel while implementing cost-effective strategies for management of large-scale foreign national employee populations and ensuring compliance with immigration and Department of Labor requirements. She also has experience with family-based immigration matters, defending deportation cases and responding to government investigations.
