With more than 25 years of experience practicing immigration law, Matt supports clients across a wide range of industries, including technology, financial services, transportation and manufacturing. He provides comprehensive legal guidance on employment-based immigration matters, including employer compliance, workforce enforcement issues, global/outbound immigration, family-based immigration and naturalization.  He has been listed for over the past 15 consecutive years in The Best Lawyers In America Guide for Immigration Law.

Matt’s approach is driven by a commitment to delivering tailored immigration solutions that help clients navigate complex legal landscapes and meet their workforce needs while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. He is also a frequent speaker and thought leader on U.S. immigration matters. He has appeared on CNBC to discuss visas for skilled workers and been interviewed by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. His work has also been featured in publications such as Mobility Magazine and Best Lawyers “Legal Insights.”

Matt has served as the Chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association Immigration Law Committee, where he has been active with pro bono asylum efforts and served on the ACBA Nominating Committee. He is also a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. In addition, Matt has served as Chair of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the AILA.

In addition to his legal practice, Matt is deeply involved in the Pittsburgh community, serving on various bar associations to support pro bono work.
