Matthew is an Associate in Fragomen’s New York office, where he handles a diverse array of immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, including H-1B, L-1A, L-1B and EB-1 petitions. He has experience with advising clients on immigration case strategies and managing large, complex caseloads for multinational companies in various industries, including financial services, communications, entertainment, architecture, engineering, consulting, biochemistry and biotechnology.
Matthew’s pro bono experience includes representing individuals seeking Special Immigrant Juvenile Status and asylum. He has also represented individuals in the filing of family-based petitions, including I-130, N-400 and Adjustment of Status.
