Maysie is a Director in Fragomen’s Singapore office, representing the firm across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, with more than 12 years of immigration experience in EMEA and APAC. She is responsible for the firm’s Asia Pacific Coordination Centre, supporting the management of immigration programs across a wide range of industries and providing strategic advice and solutions to clients with a focus on risk and compliance.
Maysie focuses on optimizing Fragomen’s service delivery model to compliment clients’ business needs, maximizing efficiencies, streamlining internal and client processes through the creation of customized communications, data management tools and reporting protocols. Maysie also works closely with other mobility vendors to implement and deliver a consistent program for clients.
Prior to her current role, Maysie worked in Fragomen’s London office for 5 years, managing the global immigration program of a leading financial services company. She provided guidance on immigration program design across EMEA, India and the U.S., acting as a single point of contact for cross-jurisdictional project work and advisory services, and developed policies to navigate the ever-changing landscape of global immigration.
