Maysie is a Senior Programme Manager in Fragomen’s London office, where she focuses on managing the global immigration programme of a leading financial services company. She provides guidance on immigration programme design across EMEA, India and the U.S., acting as a single point of contact for cross-jurisdictional project work and advisory services, and develops policies to navigate the ever-changing landscape of global immigration.
Maysie’s focus is on maximising efficiencies, streamlining internal and client processes through the creation of customised communications, data management tools and reporting, as well as team protocols. She ensures that Fragomen’s processes always complement our clients’ evolving business needs. Maysie also works closely with other mobility vendors to implement and deliver a consistent programme for clients.
Prior to her current role, Maysie spent over a year in Fragomen’s Shanghai office undertaking programme management and client services for a multinational technology company, leading projects related to the expansion of the firm’s presence across the Asia Pacific region.
Maysie has also previously worked at Fragomen’s Singapore and Kuala Lumpur offices for over three years, where she worked with multinational companies across a diverse range of industries to provide strategic immigration advice and compliance driven solutions. She provided clients with practical guidance in managing urgent business needs within the extremely discretionary and unpredictable government policies in Malaysia.
