Meredith is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Dallas office, where she provides strategic counsel on all aspects of business immigration, including, but not limited to, H-1B visas, L-1 intracompany transfer visas, TN visas, E-2 visas, O-1 visas, J-1 waivers for physicians and employment-based immigrant matters, such as PERM, I-140s based on a certified Labor Certification, I-140 National Interest Waivers and Extraordinary Ability petitions. Her clients range from Fortune 500 corporations and multinational companies to startups in a variety of industries such as telecommunications, information technology, engineering, education and healthcare. She works with clients to craft plans that ensure mobility of their executives, managers and specialized knowledge workers, and provides skillful and meticulous guidance on all facets of nonimmigrant and immigrant visas. Meredith has represented clients before U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, the Department of Labor, the Department of State and DHS Asylum Offices.
Meredith has extensive experience successfully representing individual clients in family-based immigration, obtaining waivers, affirmative asylum cases and complex naturalization matters. She also enjoys representing religious workers on R-1 visas and helping them navigate the green card process. Meredith has established herself as a hard-working and thorough attorney that clients can depend on for step-by-step navigation through the ever-changing and highly technical immigration system.
Meredith has provided pro bono assistance through The Torture Abolition and Survivors Support Coalition International, Inc.; Whitman Walker Health and Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Washington. She was also a volunteer tutor for citizenship classes at Catholic Charities of the Catholic Diocese of Arlington’s Hogar Immigrant Services and frequently serves as a pro bono attorney at naturalization workshops.
