Mingrun is an Associate at Fragomen’s Silicon Valley office, where she focuses on employment-based immigration matters for clients ranging from large multinational corporations to growing mid-sized companies. She has experience assisting clients across a broad spectrum of employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant matters, including H-1B, L-1, PERM, EB-1C and I-485 applications, as well as managing batch PERM filings and Blanket L-1 applications, providing strategic guidance tailored to support each client’s workforce mobility goals.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Mingrun handled employment-based immigration cases at a boutique immigration law firm in San Jose.
She has provided pro bono services by volunteering at naturalization workshops organized by the Asian Law Alliance, supporting eligible immigrants in their path to U.S. citizenship.
Mingrun speaks English and Mandarin Chinese.
